I am currently in the process of trying to set aside a CCJ issued to me but it was fraudulent, the problem I am having is I am trying to buy a second property, the ccj has been issued in less than 6 months, I am struggling to find a lender that will touch me with the ccj being so new and without removal (which is taking forever) I am at a loose end.
